About us

We are a small translation agency, founded in 2012 by drs. O. Boot-Melnychuk, that allows our costs and our word rates to remain low compared to large translation agencies with much overhead and many in-house translators. Our slogan “more than just translate” means extra personal attention and thinking along with our customers. In addition to a free trial translation, we also give feedback to our customers about their source text and we spend the necessary time on tricky layout of embedded figures and tables, which makes a translation perfect not only in content, but also cosmetically. We assist our private customers concerning IND procedures and answering questions, even if this does not always lead to assignments. We have built up a large network of highly trained native speaker translators as well as customer relations. Given our extended opening hours, we are also regularly approached during the weekends for rush orders that can often be delivered by our courier the next day. Our mission is satisfied customers and that number is growing steadily. We can handle any translation for both companies and individuals; from simple personal documents to founding documents and articles of association of a large NFA or extensive technical and medical product manuals. Our translators are experienced sworn and certified ‘native speakers’ in every sector who understand their profession through and through.

Certifications in the translation industry certainly add value, but are absolutely no guarantee for good quality translations and therefore often only have a symbolic value. We attach more importance to the fact that we have served more than 3500 satisfied customers by now.
